Atlanta is on fire with Final Four energy

Today was basically a travel day. Traveling to the East Coast always seems tedious, we left the house at 6am and arrived at our destination at 6pm, my brain always thinks it shouldn't take a day to get here but it does. We flew through Houston (United thank goodness has entertainment - can someone explain the movie "Cloud Atlas" to me 'cause I didn't get it), layover long enough to grab some chow and onto Atlanta.

The city looks beautiful at first blush, clean and green unfortunately, given the cooler than normal weather we are probably a week or two ahead of the trees being in full bloom which I suspect would be spectacular.

The energy here is hard to describe, we have checked in and are sitting in a pub watching Wichita play Louisville and I'm not exaggerating to say the hair on my arms stands up from the buzz of the crowd (and we are just watching it on TV). We are looking at wandering down to the Dome and seeing if we can tickets for the next game tonight - what the hell, when in Rome. The funniest (or most embarrassing however you choose to look at it) is 4 months ago I didn't even know what the Final Four was (yes, mock me now).

Time to pay the bill so until next time,
Cheers,
